Code of Conduct
The Bunkr is a premium, shared environment. These guidelines help us keep every session safe, comfortable, and enjoyable for every guest on the tee.

Respect the Facility
Guests must treat all simulator equipment, furniture, screens, mats, walls, and technology with care. Do not hit balls, clubs, or other objects outside of the designated hitting area. Any damage caused by careless or unsafe use may result in repair or replacement charges.

Respect Other Guests
Please be respectful of other guests, staff, and neighbouring businesses. Loud, aggressive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. Guests are expected to keep noise at a reasonable level at all times.

Use Equipment Safely
Only one person may swing in a simulator bay at a time. All other guests must stand safely behind the hitting area. Before swinging, players must make sure the area around them is clear. Running, horseplay, throwing clubs, or unsafe behaviour is not permitted.

Booking Times
Guests must only use the simulator room during their scheduled booking time. Please enter and exit on time so that the next group can begin their session without delay. Extra time may be booked online if available.

Cleanliness
Guests are expected to leave the room in good condition. Please throw out garbage, return items to where they belong, and report any spills, damage, or equipment issues right away.

Food and Drinks
Food and non-alcoholic drinks are permitted in designated areas only. All food and drinks must be kept away from simulator equipment, computers, screens, projectors, pool table equipment, and hitting areas. Alcohol is not permitted anywhere inside the facility. Guests may not bring, consume, or be under the influence of alcohol while using the facility.

Maximum Occupancy
Each simulator room has a maximum guest limit. Guests must not exceed the posted occupancy limit for their room. Large groups must book enough space to safely accommodate everyone.

No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking, vaping, and the use of cannabis or illegal substances are not permitted inside the facility.

Security and Access
Guests may only enter the facility using their own valid booking access. Access codes or entry links may not be shared with anyone outside the booking. Do not hold the door open for others or prop the door open at any time. The door is designed to lock automatically when closed, and keeping it open creates a security risk for the facility and other guests. Guests are responsible for anyone they allow into the facility during their booking time.

Damage, Misuse, or Rule Violations
We reserve the right to end a booking without refund if guests damage property, misuse equipment, violate safety rules, or behave in a way that puts others at risk. Serious or repeated violations may result in being banned from future bookings.

Pool Table Use
Guests may use the pool table free of charge within 15 minutes before or 15 minutes after their golf simulator booking, if the pool table is available. The pool table is shared between guests, so users are expected to be respectful of others and not occupy the table for an unreasonable amount of time. If other guests are waiting, please finish your game and allow others the opportunity to play. Guests must treat the pool table, cues, balls, rack, felt, and surrounding area with care. Do not sit, stand, lean heavily, or place food and drinks on the pool table. Only use the pool table equipment for its intended purpose. Throwing balls, misusing cues, damaging the felt, or interfering with the equipment is not permitted. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by careless or improper use. Misuse of the pool table or failure to follow these rules may result in loss of access, removal from the facility, additional charges, or a ban from future bookings.

Our goal is to provide a fun, safe, and welcoming golf experience for all skill levels. Please respect the space, respect others, and enjoy your round.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.
